Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for transit and professional assembly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Rivendell ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach our international customers soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Are your textiles machine washable?
Care instructions vary by fabric. While our cotton throws are machine washable, we recommend professional dry cleaning for our velvet cushions and hand-woven tapestries to preserve their texture.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our large furniture items include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
